NPORS

National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) is now one of the UK’s leading Accreditation and Registration Bodies, working across the Construction, Industrial, Utilities, Warehousing and Distribution, Agricultural, Ports and Marine sectors.

We offer a wide range of courses that can be delivered on our site, based in the North West, or depending on the category we may be able to deliver training/ testing on your site if it meets all of the necessary requirements.

We deliver plant machinery training and testing for everyone from private individuals up to large organisations. We can deliver full novice courses for beginners or if candidates are experienced we can deliver NPORS on a test only basis.

Our experienced trainers will provide the knowledge, training and guidance to give candidates the best chance of being successful on the NPORS Test.

Our courses are delivered through a combination of classroom-based tutorials and practical training.

NPORS Operator Card

The NPORS Operator Card is a record of training/assessment an individual has undertaken to prove their ability to safely operate or drive an item of plant machinery or equipment. Registration with NPORS lasts for three or five years from the date of the initial test.

NPORS Construction Operator Card

The NPORS Construction Operator Card requires operatives to have passed a Health Safety & Environment Test before attempting an NPORS Test.

On successful completion of the NPORS construction test the candidate will receive a red trained operator card that is valid for two years. Within the two year lifespan of the card the candidate needs to achieve an NVQ to upgrade to a blue competent operator card, this card is then valid for five years.
